For insurance and safety purposes, all riders are required to complete a safety briefing. Those riders who do not complete the survey will, unfortunately, not receive their Timing Tags and not be allowed to start in either the Gran Fondo, Gravel Fondo or Medio Fondo.

To make life easier, we’ve prepared a series of short videos with accompanying questions which once completed will verify that you have been officially briefed and are ready to roll.

Simply click on the button below and be sure to register as a NEW user (where circled in the adjacent image) even if you used the system last year.

You’ve got until midnight Wednesday the 30th of August to complete it online. If you miss this deadline, you’ll still be able to complete it in Lorne on the event weekend, but in practice, we think doing it online is a far more convenient option.

If you complete your online safety briefing before midnight Wednesday 30th August, your rider number and timing chip will be mailed out to you.

If you complete your online safety briefing after midnight Wednesday 30th August, you will need to collect your rider number and timing chip as below:

120km – Wiggle Amy’s Gran Fondo:
Saturday 10 am – 5 pm @ Mantra Hotel or Sunday 6 am – Race Start @ Mantra Hotel

TAC Medio Fondo:
Saturday 10 am – 5 pm @ Mantra Hotel or Sunday 9 am – Race Start @ Apollo Bay Registration Marquee

RACV Gravel Fondo:
*No Mailout to entrants, all RACV Gravel participants will need to collect their race number and timing chip *
Sunday 7:30 am – Race Start @ Apollo Bay Registration Marquee

TAC Family Fondos:
TAC Family Fondo riders don’t have to complete the safety briefing.
