Lights, cameras, action, Amy’s Wall powered by Subaru and presented by CyclingTips has it all. Do you have what it takes to be the 2015 King and Queen of Amy’s Wall?
Riders will launch themselves up the first gruelling section of the iconic Bay Street, towering above the Lorne Lifesaving Club. Check out this awesome video from last year’s event courtesy CyclingTips.
Last year a huge crowd witnessed a fantastic spectacle as over 100 brave cyclists hauled themselves up the 110 metre hill during the inaugural Amy’s Wall. Reaching a gradient of more than 20%, gear selection and strategy will again be the keys to success.
With a large crowd expected, some incredible prizes, and a dusk finish, the Amy’s Wall is the perfect appetiser to get you in the mood for Sunday’s Wiggle Amy’s Gran Fondo.
One of the big questions this year will be whether the mysterious ‘COG’ will return. Riding in a white morph suit and white helmet, ‘The COG’ was a crowd favourite in 2014.
So what are you waiting for? Follow the link below and be a part of the action.
